As for the goals I set for myself, I did eat a snack or two between lunch and dinner everyday. I ate celery or apple with peanut butter as a snack for all but 2 days of the week. One of the missed days I had peanut butter on toast instead, the other day I was busy running around, so I had a granola bar on the go. I tried to eat more of my weekly points, and did. However, it was only 3 more then the week before. Getting 3 servings of dairy in each day was tougher then I thought. I did manage to do it on three days. Overall, good week.
So I stepped on the scale this morning, 307.8. Yay! I lost 0.6 pounds. I was beginning to think my body wouldn't let go of 308. I'm excited that I lost some weight this week.
So my goals for this week are:
- Eat 15 Weekly Points
- Eat 3 servings of dairy each day
- Drink 9 glasses of water each day
- Continue eating a snack between meals
Starting Weight: 314.6
This Week: 307.8
Total Weight Loss: 6.8 pounds!
Congrats on the .6 lb loss. Every little bit helps. I think the water goal is an EXCELLENT goal. I actually just started taking water pills again (OTC) to help with my water retention. :) Good luck this next week.
