WI #13 and Heel Update

Today was my 13th WI. Good thing I'm not superstitious...lol With not being able to do cardio because of my heel, I was worried that my weight loss would be stifled a bit. Turns out..not really :) I lost 1.2 lbs this week! That brings me up to 18.4 lbs lost. Yay!

I got a call from my doctor's office today. Turns out I have a bone spur in my heel. Not so excited about that. I'll find out more at my follow up appointment in a couple weeks. At least Pilates is not off limits. I've been incorporating more Pilates moves in my workout, and I'm really starting to feel it in my abs. Building muscle = more fat burned, so I'm good :)

I've lost another inch from my waist and (TMI alert) my bra is now on the smallest setting. I'm going to need a new one of those soon :) I'm also getting better at doing modified push ups. Who knows, I might actually complete a real push up in my lifetime...lol Then I might have to move on to pull ups. I may end up being more fit then I was when I was a skinny high school student. That seems so crazy to me.

Ok, so I'm kind of hoping for at least a 1.6 lbs lost next week so I can reach 20 lbs gone. That would be awesome to say I've lost 20 lbs. Maybe I should do an update picture then to show my progress. Hmm...or maybe at 25 lbs lost. What do ya'll think?

  1. Definitely do the picture at 20 lbs. lost. In fact, it would be cool for you to do new pictures at every 20 lbs you loose because it's so fun to see the progress! I hope your bone spur clears up soon! Love ya! Keep on truckin!
